It takes 21 days to make or break a habit, why not start today? Let’s jump start a healthier lifestyle together with my 21-Day Challenge. 🔻What will this challenge include? An at home and gym workout program, videos of each workout, a client support page, and a nutrition guide. 🔻What fitness level is this challenge for? The challenge is good for any fitness level. Modified versions of each exercise will be included in the program. 🔻What equipment will I need? A fabric resistant band. For at home workouts, you’ll need dumbbells (heavy and light set). For example, 5-10lbs and 20-30lbs.
