Service Description

Invest in your health and fitness with personalized coaching designed just for you. This package includes eight 1-hour one-on-one training sessions, each tailored to your unique goals, fitness level, and needs. You’ll receive expert guidance, proper technique instruction, and a structured program that helps you progress safely and effectively. By booking this package, you’ll also enjoy exclusive savings of $80 compared to purchasing individual sessions. That means more value while staying consistent, motivated, and accountable. Whether your goal is strength, endurance, weight loss, or improved confidence, this package provides the support and structure needed to achieve lasting results. SESSIONS MUST BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE FIRST SCHEDULED SESSION.


Cancellation Policy

By booking or participating in any personal training or related services with Train with Jess Janda, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms: Assumption of Risk: The Client understands that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, accidents, and in rare cases serious health issues. By participating, the Client voluntarily accepts these risks and agrees to train responsibly. Medical Clearance: The Client affirms they are in good physical condition and have disclosed any health concerns or limitations. It is the Client’s responsibility to consult a physician before starting a fitness or nutrition program, especially if pre-existing conditions exist. Release of Liability: The Client releases and holds harmless Train with Jess Janda, its owner, employees, and contractors from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from participation in training, whether in-person or online. This includes injuries, accidents, or health complications, except where prohibited by law. Personal Responsibility: The Client agrees to follow instructions and acknowledges that ignoring guidance may increase injury risk. The Client is responsible for proper clothing, hydration, and safe equipment use. Payments & Cancellations: Payment must be received within 1 hour of booking to secure a session. Payment is otherwise due at booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited session. Clients arriving late will only receive the remaining session time, with no extension. All sales are final and non-refundable. Session packages must be used within the agreed time frame. Payment Options: Cash App $jessjanda, Venmo @jess_janda Trainer Cancellations: If Train with Jess Janda cancels a session, the Client may reschedule at no cost. Online Coaching: For virtual or online training, the Client is responsible for ensuring a safe workout environment. Train with Jess Janda is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring outside in-person supervision. Use of Likeness: Unless requested otherwise in writing, the Client grants permission for use of photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing purposes. Agreement: By purchasing, booking, or participating in services, the Client confirms they have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to all terms. Consent is binding without physical signature and is confirmed upon purchase or booking.
